Check your inbox

Search your email for "SnapShield AI" or "Nexoradia Labs". The license key is in the original purchase confirmation email.

Check your spam folder

Purchase confirmation emails occasionally land in spam. Search for sender: [email protected].

Contact support with your order ID

If you still can't find it, email [email protected] with your purchase email and approximate purchase date. We'll look up your order and resend the key.

Offline license file alternative

If your key was lost and your device has no internet access, we can issue an offline license file that activates SnapShield AI without a key.

🔧 Common Issues

SnapShield AI won't launch after installation

1 Make sure you're running Windows 10 version 1903 or later, or Windows 11.
2 Right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator", then reinstall.
3 Check that your antivirus or firewall isn't blocking the executable. Temporarily disable it and try again.
4 Open the log from More ▸ Open Log Folder, or find it at %LocalAppData%\SnapShieldAI\snapshield.log, and send it to support.

Global hotkeys aren't working

1 Open SnapShield AI Settings → Hotkeys and confirm the shortcuts are correctly assigned.
2 Another application may be capturing the same hotkey. Try reassigning to a less common combination.
3 Run SnapShield AI as administrator if hotkeys fail in elevated applications (UAC dialogs, games, etc.).

Scrolling capture stops before the bottom of the page

1 Reduce the scroll speed in Settings → Capture → Scrolling to give the browser more time to load content.
2 Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the scroll simulation.
3 Ensure the page is fully loaded before triggering the scrolling capture.

AI redact doesn't detect anything

1 Confirm you're on a Pro license — AI redaction is not available on Lite.
2 Make sure the AI models are fully downloaded. Open Settings → AI and click "Verify model files".
3 The AI engine requires at least 4 GB of available RAM. Close other applications and try again.

Export produces a blank or corrupted file

1 Check that the destination folder exists and SnapShield AI has write permissions.
2 Try exporting to a different format (e.g., PNG instead of PDF) to narrow down the issue.
3 If the image contains transparency, switch from JPEG to PNG or WEBP.
4 Update to the latest version of SnapShield AI — early builds had export bugs that were fixed.

License key is rejected on activation

1 Double-check the key for typos — copy-paste it directly from your purchase email.
2 Make sure you're entering the key in Settings → Licensing → Activate (not the registration form).
3 If you've already used this key on the maximum number of devices, deactivate an unused device first.
4 Contact support with your order number and we'll reissue or reset the key.
